I have had the fortune to work with Westar Framing for the past decade on numerous multi-family stick frame projects in the Denver Metro area. My observation while working with both Billy and Cary is that they are both the most upstanding, honest and sincere men I have worked with. Billy and Cary bring a level of expert and experience that assures the bids are accurate and complete with respect to both the plans and specifications. Their expertise lends itself toward providing comprehensive lists of reliable value engineering alternatives submitted in a timely manor so as not to delay or impede the flow of work on site.

The field operation is generally in Cary's court and although they are generally busy with numerous projects, he is never too busy to answer the phone or come to the jobsite to assist in remedying conflicts as they arise. Westar, with Cary leading the charge is committed to workplace safety and is a leader in setting and maintaining leading edge protection and fall protection for the jobsite. In addition to safety, Westar understands the importance that jobsite cleanliness plays on both production and safety. The projects are generally in good order and materials are utilized by dimension to eliminate the waste and the expense of trash on project.

The management of the project from the estimate to the change orders and billings are in the capable hands of Billy. Billy provides a high level of comfort not only his ability to provide accurate estimates but also in developing cost savings ideas, alternate material usage suggestions, timely procurement of materials, and well organized and timely scope changes as they become necessary.

All in all, I have enjoyed working with the Westar Framing group and would highly recommend them for any stick frame project. Having them on the team early will add to the cost savings for not only the Developer but also the entire team working on the project.

I have known and worked with Billy and Cary for nearly five years.
